Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. She was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her professional license to continue her studies. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her initial show for several years and set higher targets each year. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel took her first six years in contest to earn her college diploma. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the competition. In summer 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any goals. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. Ariel was competing against the best of top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her body each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate specifically on the back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going onto working sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. How she does this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
