Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is best known for portraying Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in the 1960s. In the 1950s she began her professional career as an actor on stage for Bettle Davis' show Two's Company. In 1956, she had her breakthrough with a performance on Broadway with Li'l Abner. The album was released by her too late for Tina in the following year. Louise first appeared in Hollywood in the role of Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre a 1957 drama film. The film was an enormous success and Louise even won the Golden Globe Award at the New Star of the Award category. When she was in New York, Louise enrolled in Actors Studio and began her friendship and friendship with Lee Strasberg.
