Ina Gardner is writer of a number of popular American cookbooks on cooking. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. The show is on since 2002. Ina Garten began her career in the White House where she wrote the nuclear energy policy as well as budget documents. Ina initially enjoyed the intellectual stimulation of her job, but quickly stopped her the interest. Instead, she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. She spent eighteen years making the business extremely profitable before selling it off and picking up the pen to begin writing her first book. The cookbooks were followed by many more, and magazines columnists that were added. The Food Network television program also began and rapidly gained popularity. Additionally, she sells items including food-related ingredients, storage containers and other equipment. Ina has never attended any cooking institute and hasn't been employed in restaurants. She is self-taught. She is well-known for her effortless style of entertainment as well as her simple food preparation. Her most well-known recipes include Skillet and Roasted Lemon Chicken Mac and Cheese, Mac and Beef Bourguignon. cheese paired with Beatty's Chocolate Cake, and Lemon Bars.
